For a new months now, we have been making community tour videos of some of the new subdivisions in Eagle, Idaho. During that time, we were also starting to produce videos for new subdivisions in Meridian, Idaho. We will be uploading videos of Meridian and Eagle interchangeably now. Videos of other cities in the Treasure Valley will be coming soon as well.
Our first Meridian community tour is of the Bainbridge subdivision. This large, high-end subdivision sits between Ten Mile Road and Black Cat Road off of Chinden Boulevard. Across Chinden is the luxury Spurwing community. Within this amazing subdivision are 390 homesites, 22 community green spaces, and a private pool. As an added bonus, there are plans to build an elementary school within the subdivision.
Bainbridge is close to shopping, dining, schools, and plenty of outdoor activities. Our video has a more in-depth explanation.
