Cumberland Estates is in a quiet area of town, but is minutes away from downtown, the airport, and the interstate.
Cirrus Pointe
Cirrus Pointe is a stunning Caldwell subdivision situated in a beautiful country setting. Halfway between Karcher Road and Lake Lowell, Cirrus Pointe gives you easy access to recreation, Nampa, and Caldwell. The homes in Cirrus Pointe were largely built by Hubble Homes and have been sold for between $200,000 and $330,000.
Canyon Lake
Canyon Lake Estates is a luxury subdivision being developed in Caldwell. The community is a few hundred feet from Karcher Road and Farmway Road. New homes have had a median selling price of $445,300. Homesite sizes are large, ranging from 1.0 to 1.40 acres. Houses in Canyon Lake and the surrounding subdivisions are being bought as fast as they are being built, so act fast!
